(Leftover) Ham I Have
Woke up Easter morning and, although we hadn't planned to do much in the way of anything for Easter dinner, decided to go buy a ham. I used AB's recipe for ham goodness and it worked just fine, although I had to substitute dark rum for the bourbon. (Easter Sunday is not the time to ask the Albertson's clerk if the adjoining liquor store is open.)
We had some folks over to help us eat the gargantuan hunk of meat, but we still have plenty of leftovers. Tonight's experiment: ham in filo dough.
