Early morning physics
Good Lord, am I into work early. Christina is off to the high school physics class she's been observing lately, this time to teach them the magic of conduction and convection. Her teaching aid? The humble lava lamp. Their assignment for the morning: make their own.
Of course, she shanghaied all the light-bulb bases for my actual lava lamps to heat their home-made globes. Right now there are a pathetic collection of lava lamp globes lying on their sides on top of the entertainment center. It's a plot to deprive me of my favorite form of indirect lighting.
