It should come as a surprise to no one that the one year we decide to do a schmancy New Year's Eve by dressing up and going out, flood warnings are issued and the skies open. It was a soggy night, but eventually we returned to the homestead and made merry. Don't ask me how they did it, but Melanie and Bryan even managed to find the space to dance.
After a lazy New Year's Day, I'm back at work. There's a busy year ahead, beginning with a busy month in which nearly every weekend is filled. Jeff Stanford and Loren Faust get married in two weeks. B-Fest is the weekend after that.
Not a whole lot to say today. So here's a picture from Christmas, of Pamela and the cats who adored her. For an afternoon, at least.
