Took the beer bread in to work. Of course, there was no one around today (federal holiday, I work for the federal gov't) to eat it, but I'm sure one of the hungry college students who masquerade as interns will scarf it down in the morning.
Saw The Royal Tenenbaums tonight. As others have noted, very Salingeresque. Makes me want to read Franny and Zooey again. Fortunately, I have replaced the first copy of that book I owned, in which the last (and most important) page was missing.
Speaking of pages, my collection of recipes is fast becoming a collection of loose letter-sized sheets of paper. Got to find a way to organize those that isn't just a 3-ring binder. Lord, how I loathe the 3-ring binder.
