Lisa was kind enough to send along a link to a PDA recipe program, which looks great. I don't think it's likely to help with my kitchen conundrum, since the thought of covering my Visor with the same ingredients that get all over the recipe pages I print out turns me a bit pale. I'm thinking of buying or making a flip-book that hangs on the wall with plastic page covers to keep the olive oil and flour at bay. Don't know that such a thing exists yet, but will see if I can't make it myself.
