CJ came down last weekend to Winthrop and toured the campus. I had a good time seeing and doing things I had not done since I was a freshman. Not sure how I am already graduating, but I guess you have to leave at some point. It just seems to happen really fast. Everything else is going really well, Ginger and I went out for her birthday this week, and tonight the Halloween festivities should be fun. I am not big on dressing up, but I am going to this year. I am going as whatever the thrift store throws at me. Good to see the grandparents are doing so well, and I look forward to seeing some of you at Thanksgiving.
We're on our way today back to Houston after a few days in San Antonio with Granny and Granddaddy. As you can see, they look great:
We went yesterday to have a drink at the new Pat O'Brien's on the Riverwalk, but they were closed, so we had to settle for Boudro's. Broke our hearts as we noshed on guacamole.
Thanks for taking care of the business. We'll be home Saturday evening.
