What's the vote? MLK Wkend (18-20 Jan 2003) or Prez's day (15-17 Feb 2003)?

Amy & Tanya's wedding is March 8, so we were thinking the January date, to give some
breathing space to all the participants. Prob'ly also cheaper in Jan. But also colder.
